This is a remote and flexible opportunity with our offshoring and outsourcing agency. We work with offshore software developers and technical teams from different countries and connect them with U.S.-based companies, clients, and software projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Interview Representative who can participate in real technical interview processes with U.S.-based companies when the company or client permits a representative to participate.
How the Role Works
Our offshore development team is responsible for the software-development and technical project work. Your primary responsibility is the interview and client-facing technical communication process.
Unlike a mock-interview or coaching position, this role involves participating in real interviews and technical meetings connected to actual opportunities.
You may be responsible for:
- Attending real technical interviews and client meetings
- Discussing software-development experience and technical capabilities
- Answering technical questions within your authorized representative role
- Participating in live technical discussions
- Discussing Python, AI/ML, React, Node.js, Angular, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system architecture
- Communicating technical information clearly and professionally in English
- Coordinating with our offshore developers before and after interviews
- Helping communicate our development team's capabilities to prospective clients
Your identity and representative role must be disclosed whenever required, and participation must comply with the client's interview and hiring rules. This position does not involve pretending to be another individual or misrepresenting another person's employment history or identity.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced software developer with strong technical knowledge and excellent interview skills.
You should be comfortable handling technical conversations in real time and explaining complex engineering concepts clearly. Strong spoken English, confidence, communication skills, and experience with U.S.-based technical interviews are especially valuable.
Experience with Python, AI/ML, React, Node.js, Angular, cloud platforms, system design, or related software-development technologies is preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based.
Successful interview and placement work may provide approximately $1,000–$3,000 per month for each successful placement, depending on the opportunity, compensation level, responsibilities, and agreed arrangement.
This can be a flexible side opportunity for an experienced software engineer who is technically strong, communicates confidently in English, and is comfortable participating in real technical interviews with U.S.-based companies.
